The BAE Company is a professional consulting services firm that offers a suite of business development and quality enhancement services. We are committed to creating healthy communities by helping our clients evaluate best practices and adopt specifically designed solutions that enable high quality, affordable services.
Working cooperatively with our clients, we help identify their organizational goals and management needs using uniquely designed or pre-established assessment tools. Upon completion of the needs assessment, we provide experienced and dedicated consultants trained in a diversity of areas to our clients based on their specific service need. We provide program evaluation, quality management, strategic planning, quality assurance, contract management, business development, and executive direction services.
The Founders
The BAE Company is a minority, veteran-owned business founded in 2005. Over the past six years, we have grown our business from a local consultancy in Miami, Florida to one that is national in scope, serving clients across all four corners of the country. Our founders envisioned providing high quality consulting services at affordable prices for mission driven organizations, especially non-profits, seeking to achieve their strategic goals. At the heart of our value system is a keen desire to improve the health and well-being of the communities we live in and have the opportunity to serve.
Carladenise A. Edwards, MS.Ed., Ph.D.
President & CEO
Dr. Edwards is a trained medical sociologist and experienced administrator, educator, researcher and policy analyst. She received her undergraduate and Master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and her doctorate from the University of Florida. She has served several universities, the US Department of Health and Human Services, state government health care administrations, and numerous other health and human services agencies.
Anthony P. Armbrister, Lt.Colonel, USMC (Retired)
Vice President & COO
Mr. Armbrister served as a Marine Corps Officer for over twenty years. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida A&M University and has done graduate-level work at Pepperdine University, Johns Hopkins University and the University of Memphis. He taught Leadership at the US Naval Academy and has held numerous leadership and management positions in the military, state government, academia and not-for-profit organizations.

Mr. Edwards serves as a company Vice President. He oversees technical development for the firm.
Our Consultants
Our team of experienced and dedicated consultants has extensive, real-life experience in health information technology, health care administration, service delivery, clinical and administrative workflow, national policy development, strategic planning, project management, and evaluation. We recruit and retain consultants who have the capacity to provide our health care clients with the human and technical resources needed to address complex projects, such as, EHR and HIE adoption, implementation of quality initiatives, and ACO formation and administration.
