Carladenise A. Edwards, MS.Ed., Ph.D. Founder,
President & CEO

Dr. Edwards is a trained medical sociologist and experienced administrator, educator, researcher, and policy analyst. She received her undergraduate and Master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and her doctorate from the University of Florida. She has served several universities, Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration, the US Department of Health and Human Services, and numerous other health and human service agencies.

Anthony P. Armbrister, Lt. Col. (USMC – Retired)
Vice President & COO

Mr. Armbrister served the United States as a Marine Corps Officer for over twenty years. He has a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Florida A&M University and has taken graduate courses at Pepperdine University, John Hopkins University and the University of Memphis. He has held leadership and management positions in the military, state government, academia, and several not-for-profit organizations including AmeriCorps and the Ford Foundation. He currently serves as a Florida State Commissioner for Veterans' Affairs.
